How many people can sit at one grill?
- We can sit 8 comfortably, or 10 with a few sitting in the middle between grills.
What if we have a large party?
- We can use both grills at one time for up to 17 people.
How long does a hibachi table take to cook?
- Grills take 20 minutes to get hot enough to cook your food properly. Additional time depends on number of people at the grill and their orders. For example, chicken takes a lot longer than shrimp or steak. Please plan accordingly!
Is this a chain?
- No, we are locally owned and operated. Our co-owners are from Asheville. One has a family of 5 living and working in Johnson City and the other has a family living and working in Asheville in their sister-restaurants, Maguro and Murasaki.
