F. A. Q.

**How many people can sit at one grill?** We can comfortably seat 8 people, or up to 10 if a few guests sit between the grills.
 
**What if we have a large party?** 
If you have a larger group, we can use both grills simultaneously, accommodating up to 17 people.
 
**How long does it take for a hibachi grill to heat up?** 
The grills take about 20 minutes to reach the proper cooking temperature. Cooking time will vary based on the number of people at the grill and their meal choices. For example, chicken takes significantly longer to cook than shrimp or steak, so please plan accordingly!
 
**Is this a chain restaurant?** 
No, we are locally owned and operated. Our co-owners are from Asheville; one has a family of five living and working in Johnson City, while the other has a family living and working in Asheville at their sister restaurants, Maguro and Murasaki.
